+ Consulting Services

Our Consulting Services may include support on an as-needed basis or individual projects requiring one of our specialized skill sets. Estimates for consulting can be presented as a total solution package (i.e. “Turn-Key”) or on a time and materials basis. ProNet Designs consulting rates are very competitive and an extreme value compared to most IT providers.

+ Service Agreement

ProNet Designs offers Service Agreements in two models:

Pre-purchased block of time (fixed number of hours per week or month)
Retainer based (fixed monthly cost for a defined scope of work)

Service agreements can be customized to meet your needs. They provide your company with the assurance that you have an IT partner that will look out for your best interest and will be there when you call. Service Agreement customers receive reduced hourly rates and many benefits not offered under regular consulting engagements.

+ Managed Solution

A Managed Solution offers the most value to our customers. In addition to providing the benefits afforded to service agreement holders, a Managed Solution enables remote support capability and consists of the following components:

Windows Updates — All Microsoft security patches, hot fixes and services packs related to the Operating System and core software such as Internet Explorer
AntiVirus Software Centralized deployment, virus pattern updates and software updates
Manage Group Policies for PC configuration related to user profiles, Desktop and IE Security, Firewall rules Etc.
Analysis of Network and Internet Usage
Monitoring of machine health and key performance components (CPU utilization, Memory, Disk Space, Etc)
Hardware and Software Inventory
Reporting Related to all Updates/Monitoring provided by ProNet Designs
LAN Administration (Move/Add/Change/Delete User, Group, Computer accounts)
Active Directory Management (Sites, Organizational Units)
Infrastructure services management/monitoring - DHCP/DNS/Wins
Development of required scripts for automation of PC/LAN Management
Reviews of server/PC logs (Application/System/Security) and perform appropriate action.
Reduced hourly rates for PC/Server on-site break/fix calls.
Reduced hourly rates for Technology Consulting
No hourly Premium for Emergency or after hours service
Reduced hourly minimum requirement for onsite-service
Quarterly Technology Planning with Management
Annual Information Technology Audit.

The greatest benefit is having a managed environment. In a managed environment problems can be found and resolved faster and more effectively than in an unmanaged environment. The number of support calls is reduced and productivity is increased. Problems can be handled remotely thereby reducing support cost and travel time, and providing for a quicker recovery.
